RADP was founded by Craig Rosman, AIA, in 2025. Craig is a registered architect in Arizona and New York. Craig focuses on design for sustainability, climate resiliency, and longevity.

Prior to starting RADP, Craig has worked on the design team on several innovative multi-family housing projects. With SHoP architects, he served as a project architect on Brooklyn Tower, a super-tall residential tower comprising market rate, rental and affordable housing units. Previously, he worked on B2, a 100% affordable tower, and the tallest modular residential building in North America. In 2008, Craig assisted Gauthier Architects in the fabrication, assembly, and installation of the Burst House for MoMa’s Home Delivery exhibit.
